The hypnotic trance like state is similar to watching television or the times when we "zone out." It is a session that assists the mind to "get out of it's own way." The focus is assisting the mind to accept beneficial suggestions directly into your subconscious mind.

Can anyone be Hypnotized?
If you can imagine....you can be guided into hypnosis. Different personalities respond to relaxation differently so it is important to change hypnosis style based on the individual. Hypnosis is actually just a natural state of consciousness. We enter mild forms of hypnosis every day.
What does Hypnosis feel like?
Typically, you will feel so deeply relaxed that you may or may not remember all that is said to you. You are aware of my voice and can leave the hypnotic state at any time if you wish to conclude before the session is over. We will decide the choice of wording together and remember, these sessions are for you! At the end of the session you will return to being your fully alert normal self, feeling refreshed.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of altered consciousness (awareness) in which a person is capable of internalizing thoughts and suggestions for the purpose of manifesting desired emotional, physical, mental, or spiritual change. Hypnosis automatically occurs anytime an individual becomes deeply relaxed and/or highly focused. Generally, a hypnotized person has greater awareness of sensations and surroundings. During the hypnosis session, the client generally hears and remembers most of what the hypnotist speaks. Therefore, the client can remain in control of his/her actions and feel safe throughout the session. Hypnosis assists a person to become more inclined to do things he/she wants to do, but virtually never makes a person behave against their own will.
